As a retired US Army Medic with 25 years of service, I’m passionate about partnering with Firearms Instructors who are committed to keeping our communities safe. For me, firearms education is about more than teaching people how to shoot—it’s about fostering safety and responsibility, whether for those who carry or those who simply want to be informed.
Growing up around guns, I developed a deep respect for the discipline it takes to handle them safely. During my military career, I became an expert marksman, and I see the same dedication in the instructors I support today. I know the challenges you face—limited time, client acquisition & retention, and managing a business while focusing on training.
My mission is to simplify the business side, so you can focus on what you do best: training people to be safe, confident, and responsible with firearms. Together, we’re not just building stronger businesses—we’re creating safer communities.
Wally Carmichael is a retired US Army Medic, and has been serving as a full time Business Strategist since 2018.
He was born and raised in Phoenix Arizona and joined the Army to get an education that college could not provide, travel the World and to escape what was clearly a destructive lifestyle.
Wally is grateful to have traveled to 23 countries on five continents. He and his family have lived in Panama, Germany, Arizona, Texas, North Carolina, Hawaii, Florida and currently lives in Phoenix Arizona.
Next to family, his greatest obsession is showing business owners how to increase profits through creative low to no cost strategies.
He needs more friends living a life of true Time, Location and Financial independence. Which is why he also coaches select business minded people to start or enhance their own Business Consulting Practice.
